- De wisseldag is standaard op zaterdag. Bij vertrek dient u de woning voor 11.00 uur te verlaten, bij aankomst is de woning vanaf 15.00 uur beschikbaar.
- De minimale boekingsperiode is een week (van zaterdag t/m zaterdag).
- Voor extra dagen wordt een toeslag berekend.
- De eindschoonmaak bedraagt €95,-
- Bedlinnen, keukenlinnen en handdoeken zijn voldoende aanwezig, hiervoor rekenen wij € 15,- p.p. per verblijf.
- Een wasmachine is aanwezig.
- De borg bedraagt € 300,-. Deze wordt binnen 14 dagen na de boekingsperiode geretourneerd met aftrek van verbruikte elektriciteit (gemeten Kwh) en eventuele aanrekenbare schade.
- Voor overwinteraars of indien u langer dan drie weken verblijft hanteren wij speciale tarieven.
